By day, I am a remedial math teacher. By night, I am the jack of all trades. I love to craft, decorate my home, travel, spend time with friends, and of course, bake!
Most of what I have learned about baking has come from the internet. I have spent countless hours learning from tutorial videos and online classes. I scour blogs and message boards for answers whenever I'm entering new cake territory. My friends and family are constantly providing me with new challenges and opportunities in the kitchen. It is a fun and time consuming hobby that I may someday turn into a full-time career! Thank you for joining me on this journey.
